Your animal does not need to be present as Vicki will be reading energy rather than physical form. If your animal is reactive or will be distracting to you, Vicki suggests you think about and tend to that before the reading begins. Many find it interesting to have their animal in the room with them to see if and what they notice. AFTER the reading Vicki always enjoys seeing a picture of or meeting who it is she's been talking to!

Here are a few tips for getting the most from your reading: Before your reading: Please do not provide any information about yourself or your animal. This ensures the clearest possible communications from your Guides and/or your animal. Vicki will ask you for any information she needs during your reading at that point in time she needs it. If you're doing an animal communication reading, please have your question(s) in mind. Additional suggestions/instruction may be sent ahead of time by email for readings with your Guides. During your Reading: Make sure you're in a quiet place with minimal noise and distraction. Turn off any cell phones, phones, or devices which are not being used to complete your reading. Bring a note book or piece of paper to take notes. Often the messages which come through make sense in the moment, and some times their meaning becomes clearer later. It's good to have your notes to refer to. If you choose Zoom audio for your reading feel free to request a recording at the beginning of your session. If requested, your recording will be available for 7 days and Vicki will send a download link.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled once with 48 business hours notice. Please be sure of your schedule and be certain you want to book a reading before doing so. If you cancel with 48 business hours notice or more, 80% of your fee will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 48 business hours notice there will be no refund. If you wish to reschedule with 48 hours business hours notice or more, you may have one opportunity to reschedule for any available time up to 3 months from your original appointment date. If you do not complete your appointment within this 3 month grace period, your appointment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. It's an either or - cancel or reschedule. If you opt to reschedule your appointment with 48 business hours notice, you cannot choose to cancel later and receive a refund. During a reading, Vicki will connect first with the human to get a feel for their energy and personality as it relates to the reading. This makes the connection to the animal stronger and often gives insight into the lessons. She will then connect with the animal for the same purpose. In a shorter reading there is time for the human to ask one question of their animal. Longer readings leave time for at least one more question, and perhaps more depending on their nature and the length of reading selected. In general a 30 minute reading can do 1 to 2 questions, and a 45 minute reading can do 3 to 4. Next Vicki will explore the soul lessons the animal is working on with their human. As she goes through the various steps she will report to you what she sees, hears, feels and knows as it's relayed to her. She will check in with you at various points to see if the information is making sense to you, and/or if we need to linger a bit longer in an area. Often what doesn't make sense at first comes into clearer focus as the reading progresses. Shorter readings are like dipping your toes in the water. Each step gets touched on briefly before moving to the next. Longer readings leave more time to linger in the various areas and to explore more deeply the lessons.
